السلام عليكم
اخواني انا وصلني من حوالي شهرين قبول اللغة في جامعة ليدز( مركز اللغة الانجليزية) يبدأ في 6 جولاي لكن عن طريق الفاكس وعلى أساسه قدمت أوراقي للابتعاث وفعلا والحمدلله صدر قرار ابتعاثي من الجامعة لكن عندما ذهبت الى مركز الفيزا البريطانية طلبوا مني القبول الاصلي ورقضوا استلام الاوراق الا بالقبول الاصلي . راسلت الجامعة وتحديدا السيدةAmy وهي التي كانت المراسلات تتم عن طريق الايميل معها وطلبت منها أن ترسل لي القبول الاصلي عن طريق البريد حيث ان الرسالة التي أرسلوها لي عن طريق البريد لم تصلني فردت علي ان هناك نظام جديد وطلبت مني مستوى لغة موثق ومعتمد وهنا المشكلة لانه لايوجد عندي ذلك فهل أجد منكم من يساعدني بالذهاب الى هذه السيدة وإقناعها بأن ترسل لي نفس القبول الذي وصلني بالفاكس لكن عن طريق صندوق البريد...ومن يرغب في مساعدتي ممكن أرسل له صورة من خطاب القبول الذي وصلني بالفاكس... وهناك شي آخر وهو أن VISA LETTER التي أرسلوها لي ..القبول فيها يبدأ من شهر اكتوبر وانا قدمت بعثتي من الجامعة على أساس القبول الذي يبدأ في شهر جولاي كما هو واضح في خطاب القبول .. وأرفق الان رد تلك السيدة:

In order for me to issue you a new offer letter to the address you have given me and a visa letter, you must provide evidence of your current level of English. This is because the British government has introduced a new system for obtaining a student visa. Under this system, we have to see evidence that you have reached a pre-intermediate level of English before we can send you an acceptance letter.
Possible evidence includes:
o a school or college certificate showing that you have studied English, giving the dates of your studies and the level you have reached;
o a certificate showing an English exam or test result, giving the date of the exam and the level or grade achieved;
o a letter from a suitably qualified person (for example, a teacher of English) certifying that you have reached a pre-intermediate level of English; the letter should also include the dates and level of the English course you have attended and the contact details of the person writing the letter.
You can send a copy of one of these documents to the Language Centre, but you will need to send the original document with your visa application.

Once you submit this evidence to me I will be able to issue an offer letter for Term 4a of the General English Programme followed by Terms 1a-3a of the General English Programme. I am not able to offer a place on the Target programme as this course requires an IELTS score of 4.5 to be accepted on.
Once you are here and attending the General English Programme, you will take a placement test and if your result on our placement test shows that you have an adequate level of English for the Target Programme, we will move you to this course.
